Kim Cleggett - Managing Director Kim Cleggett, after being awarded a Seamanship Scholarship at the age of 15, knew his life was destined to be spent on the sea. He spent his first 7 years on fishing trawlers followed by 8 years as master on passenger ferries, 5 years as master in the Offshore Oil & Gas industry and in 1996 incorporated International Maritime Services Pty Ltd. He has circumnavigated the globe in the luxury of motor yachts and captained 10 Atlantic, 2 Pacific and 2 Indian Ocean crossings. This solid maritime background has held him in good stead to operate and manage International Maritime Services P/L, a company which has grown to be the largest commercial delivery company in the Southern hemisphere. |

Brendan Cooley - Chief Operating Officer Brendan Cooley began his maritime career in 1994, working on the Rottnest ferries out of Perth. Seven years later, seeking further challenges and experience, he identified the yachting industry as a perfect solution and since 2001 has commanded superyachts up to 74 metres, comprehensively sailing the Mediterranean, Caribbean and Middle East. Brendan was employed fulltime at IMS in 2007 as Senior Master fulfilling the role as Captain on many High Speed Ferries and Superyachts for commissioning, delivery and start-up operations. |

Mark Oswald - Project Manager Captain Mark Oswald: Born in Western Australia, Perth, Mark has always had a close connection to the sea. After school he completed a degree in science, but instead chose a different carrier, as fleet manager for the well-known Rottnest Ferries, and was also involved in the sea trialing of Ocean Fast Motor Yachts. He later moved on to Austal to take part in boat building, sea trials & delivery of the shipyards new build vessels. Mark is today employed at IMS in Perth, where his main task is deliveries of new build vessels and assisting the new owner in the training and familiarization of their vessel. His other major role is to oversee the ISM & Ship Management division in the organization. |

Rod Jolley - Engineering Manager After a trip to a one of Western Australia's favorite holiday Islands, Rod vowed to never step foot on a boat again. Now in his 28th year in the marine industry, Rod has divided his working life between a number of heavy hitters in the Western Australian marine industry including Boat Torque Cruises, Wave Master International, Oceanfast and Austal Ships. Working as a Commissioning Engineer with the shipyards, Rod was involved with the build, sea trials, delivery, training and familiarization of the latest cutting edge high speed vehicle/passenger ferries, patrol vessels and crew boats, including the world's largest aluminum high speed vessel. Rod is today employed at IMS and still involved in commissioning, delivery, training and familiarization. Kevin Ruby - Offshore Engineering Manager Kevin began his working life as a apprentice Heavy Duty Mechanic in a small town in the north west of Western Australia. Upon completion of his trade he dabbled in the mining game, before realising that the sea was where his heart lay, and so took up a position on a pearl farm as the fleet engineer. This began a lifelong affair with the sea. Kevin's 23 years in the industry has seen him serve on a variety of commercial craft, from high speed ferries, to tugs and off shore oil and gas support vessels. Kevin has also been involved in the building and commissioning of state of the art, high speed ferries, patrol vessels, and luxury motor yachts for companies such as Oceanfast, and Austal Ships. Today, Kevin forms a valuable part of the engineering team here at IMS. |
